Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. sells healthcare related products such as bandages, antiseptics, defibrillators etc. We guarantee our customers that all products we sell are new. Some of our products are sold in their original packaging. Other products are repackaged by us or are assembled into various kits. Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. maintains a Health Canada Medical Device Establishment License and strictly adheres to all requirements under that license to ensure product safety. Since we cannot guarantee that any product, once it has left our control, has not been tampered with or in any way contaminated, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
Once a training course is booked by the customer and confirmed by Emergmart Response Systems, Inc., Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. has a STRICT NON-CANCELLATION policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their schedule and be certain they are available to attend the course on the dates booked. Once a course has been confirmed, if you do not complete the on-line pre-requisite or do not show up, there is $ 50.00 + HST rescheduling fee. Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. does allow substitutions, as long as the original person has not started the online course. If the person originally booked cannot attend the course on the specified course date, the customer may transfer the course to another person. Simply have the substitute person bring the original course confirmation to the course or notify us by email: sales@emergmart.com.
