Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within Canada under certain conditions including location and order value before taxes, which will be posted on the website and may change without notice. The shipping cost, where applicable, plus HST will be added to the total during the checkout process.

Shipping Process

We will ship merchandise Monday to Friday, excluding national Holidays. Goods are usually shipped within two to three days after you receive an email receipt for your order confirmation pending availability and credit verification. You will then receive a second email once your order has shipped that will include your tracking number if you have selected that option.

Shipping Method

We ship with various delivery organizations and will provide a tracking number.  Typically, orders will arrive within 2-5 business days.  Should you wish to receive your order sooner please contact us at and we will be happy to arrange a more rapid shipping option billed to your account or once you have pre-paid the shipment.

Please Note That We Do Not Ship To PO Boxes

Taxes are not included in the price and will be added where applicable. Ontario residents pay 13% HST, B.C. residents pay 12% HST, and all other provinces pay 5% GST.

Due To The Health Nature Of Our Products, We Do Accept Returns

Please make sure you double check shipping information as Emergmart Response Systems, Inc. is unable to re-route packages.
